CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE FARM?   While we love dogs, unfortunately, we cannot allow your dogs on the farm. Customers with trained service dogs are welcome.

 

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN SAW?  Saws are provided.  And, for everyone’s safety, we cannot allow personally owned motorized saws.

 

IF I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH MY TREE, WHAT DO I DO? We are happy to assist you with your tree!  Please let us know and we will have one of our awesome employees help you!

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TWINE TO HELP ATTACH MY TREE TO MY CAR?  Yes, we provide twine.  We can carry your tree to your car and help you load it.  However, we cannot secure your tree to your vehicle. We do suggest ratchet straps or tie downs to make it easier for you.

 

DO YOU HAVE TALL TREES?   Yes, we do. See your greeter in the tree field for directions to our larger trees.

 

DO YOU HAVE TREES THAT ARE ALREADY CUT?   Yes, we do! Please see our greeter when you arrive to see our pre-cut trees.
